A single channel video commissioned for the 2025 exhibition, Weather and the Whale, opened at UC Santa Cruz’s Institute for Arts and Sciences in June of 2025.

With written prose set to imagery from the burn scar of the 2025 Palisades Fire and historic artworks depicting the story of Jonah and the Whale, Kaleidoscope travels through layers of time and history, considering rising heat, ocean routes and the residues of war.
